Flat fee pricing is based on the degree of the complexity of the project, square footage, number of spaces, length of project, and client needs. If you prefer, an hourly rate can apply. Please contact us for a proposal tailored for your specific project needs.

$250 for 90 Minutes
A one time design consultation is available. Over the span of about 90 minutes we will walk and talk through your project space to give you some ideas about layouts and design solutions. After the consultation, NKD will follow up with notes, diagrams and images to document what we discussed.
